Step 3️⃣: How TrulyInbox Email Warm-Up Works ?

Once you've connected your email account, TrulyInbox takes over to gradually warm up your email sender reputation. Here's how it works:

  • Your email account is added to our warm-up pool, alongside other users' mailboxes.

  • We automatically send warm-up emails from your mailbox to other warm-up users, mimicking realistic email exchanges and positive engagement.

  • The emails you receive from other users are processed by TrulyInbox's algorithm – they are opened, replied to, and marked as important.

  • The same happens with your emails, ensuring that your sender reputation improves over time.

This process helps your emails land in the primary folder of your recipients, resulting in better open rates.

Step 4️⃣: How to Identify TrulyInbox Warm-Up Emails in your Mailbox? (Mandatory🚨)

To distinguish warm-up emails sent through TrulyInbox, look for the keyword "Phone_N0:" in the email subject. If you'd like to keep your inbox organized, we recommend creating a filter for these emails.

💡Important: For Accurate Email Warmup, you need to create Filters and Labels in your mailbox for all of your email accounts. If not done we won't be able to help you with accurate deliverability.

Here's how to filter warm-up emails in your inbox and create a label:

Gmail/Gsuite

  1. Create a label called "Warmup Inbox"

  2. Set up a filter with the search criteria "Has the words" and type in "Phone_N0:" (without quotes and it's 0(Zero) not O).

  3. Apply the filter to label incoming warm-up emails as "Warmup Inbox"

Outlook Desktop Application

  1. Create a rule to apply to messages you receive.

  2. Select "with specific words in the body" and enter "Phone_N0:" as the keyword.

  3. Create a folder named "Warmup Inbox" (or a custom name if you prefer).

  4. Set the rule to move emails with "Phone_N0:" to the "Warmup Inbox" folder.
