Email Warm-up Suspension Notice

We suspended your Email Warm-up for your email account because we couldn't verify its validity. This means you can't enable warm-up for this email until we lift the suspension. The suspension is due to a high chance of email bounces.

Common Reasons for Suspension

Bounce Detection

If our users face delivery failures when sending warm-up emails to your account, we suspend it to maintain email deliverability for others.

Firewall

Ensure your ESP's firewall isn't blocking warm-up emails from reaching your mailbox.

DNS Records

Set up SPF, DMARC, and MX records. You can verify this using tools like mxtoolbox.com or glockapps.com. Share the reports with our support team for verification.

Filters and Labels

SMTP/IMAP Authentication

Check your SMTP/IMAP settings. If needed, delete and re-add the email account.
