The Email Warmup feature allows users to establish a reputation for a new email account and increases the email sending limit. The warmup process involves sending and receiving emails from a new email account, starting with a smaller number and gradually increasing the number of emails daily.
The TrulyInbox email warmup tool supports the below-mentioned Email service providers (ESPs):
Gmail/Gsuite
Office 365
Outlook.com/Hotmail.com/Live.com
Yahoo Mail
Zoho
GoDaddy
Yandex
However, if your email service provider has a custom SMTP/IMAP hostname or uses any custom server settings (ex: smtp.yourname.com), TrulyInbox may not support it now.
Why does TrulyInbox not support warmups for other non-popular ESPs?
TrulyInbox’s warmup function automatically sends the emails from your mailbox (using SMTP). It ensures those emails are engaged with, i.e., opens, replies, marked not as spam, marked as important, and so on. TrulyInbox needs to develop a mechanism that reads (via IMAP OR POP) and performs the actions on the recipient's mailbox to perform these engagement activities. At TrulyInbox, we have already developed that mechanism for popular ESPs. It becomes too much work for ESPs that are not popular or hosted privately to create and maintain the mechanism. Hence, TrulyInbox only supports the popular ESPs.
