Trulyinbox is a powerful email warmup tool that supports various Email Service Providers (ESPs). While it directly supports popular services like Gmail, Office 365, and Yahoo Mail, you can still connect other ESPs, like Mailgun, by using custom SMTP/IMAP settings.

Adding Your Email Account

On your dashboard, look for the "Add Email Account" button and give it a click. This is where the magic happens! ✨

Connect via SMTP/IMAP

Next, choose "SMTP/IMAP Account" and click "Connect."

For this setup, go with "Single Account."

Bulk Upload

If you have multiple email accounts, Trulyinbox allows you to upload them in bulk using a CSV file.

If you have Mailgun as an Email Service Provider, But for bulk upload you must enter "Gsuite" in Email Service Provider Field. This way you can connect Mailgun email accounts in Bulk and ensure you're entering all the other details as per Mailgun. If you would like to learn more about it, you can click here.

  • SMTP Server: smtp.mailgun.org

  • SMTP Port: 587 (for TLS) or 465 (for SSL)

  • IMAP Server: imap.mailgun.org

  • IMAP Port: 993 (for SSL) or 143 (for TLS)

Choosing Your Email Provider

In the email address provider dropdown, select Google/Gsuite. Even though we're connecting Mailgun, this is the way to do it.

Entering Your Mailgun Details

Now, you'll need to enter your Mailgun email address along with the SMTP/IMAP details. Here's what you need:

  • SMTP Server: smtp.mailgun.org

  • SMTP Port: 587 (for TLS) or 465 (for SSL)

  • IMAP Server: imap.mailgun.org

  • IMAP Port: 993 (for SSL) or 143 (for TLS)

Pop in your Mailgun email address and password for both the SMTP and IMAP settings.

Connect and Save

Once you have filled in all your details, click on "Connect" and then "Save." Voila! You're all set. Trulyinbox will verify the connection, and you’ll be ready to start warming up your emails.
