💡 Once you enable email warm-up for any of your email accounts, the email account is added to our email warm-up pool, which includes other warm-up users' mailboxes.

To improve your sender's reputation, TrulyInbox automatically sends warm-up emails from your mailbox to other warm-up users. Those emails are automatically processed (opened, replied to, marked as starred) by TrulyInbox Algorithm.

The same activity happens with other TrulyInbox warm-up users, so you receive warm-up emails from other users.

Even though you'll still see those email as unread in your mailbox but Trulyinbox has opened, replied, as well marked it as a starred in your ESP. If you don't want to keep those unread emails in your mailbox, ideally we would suggest create a folder and filter all the email and send it to the mailbox. 📌 After you activate warm-up, you shall receive warm-up emails from the people you don't know as a part of the email warm-up process.

The network simulates realistic email exchanges and positive email engagement with other users to build your image of a trustworthy sender among ESPs. Once you send emails to your actual prospects/leads, you get better open rates because most of your emails land in the primary folder.

Warm-up emails that are sent from TrulyInbox will contain Phone_N0: {{9-digit-number}} as per the below example:

If you wish to create a filter for TrulyInbox warm-up emails, you can create one using Phone_N0:text (the eighth character is zero), labeling as “Warmup Inbox”

Trulyinbox will share an warmup email and it's distributed in the form of multiple email templates.

Below reference is shared for GMAIL as an ESP and all the tables will contain the information on how the activity is going to performed for all the ESPs.

Warmup activity is performed when the first template is shared it will wait for a random time interval between 45-400 seconds and then first activity is performed which is 1st time email opened activity. Again it will wait for a random time interval between 60-300 seconds and then it will perform 2nd activity which is mark as starred. Now again it will wait for a random time interval between 30-350 Seconds and then 3rd activity is performed which is same email will be opened 2nd time and now it will wait again for random time interval between 80-450 seconds and it will perform the reply activity and again will wait for a random time interval between 50-150 Seconds and it will perform the 5th activity which is it will open an email 3rd time.

This will be followed as per ESP and there are multiple email templates for an ESP and for every template there is a different activity which is planned and in randomized time interval. So that ESP don't detect any automated activity and it looks like Human who is performing the activity. This will be all done by Trulyinbox you don't need to do anything in your mailbox. What you can do is just create a folder and filter in your inbox so that your mailbox don't get flooded with warmup emails.
