Outlook, Hotmail, Live

Once you hit Add Email Account, you get four choices:
Microsoft
SMTP or IMAP
Import from Saleshandy
Pick the one that matches your email service provider, and you will be guided through the next steps automatically.
If you want to connect multiple accounts, you can do it easily through the SMTP or IMAP option.
After you choose it, you will see two options:
Connect Single Account
Bulk Import via CSV
After you select Bulk Import via CSV, you can upload a file that contains all your email accounts.
The moment your email accounts are connected, TrulyInbox automatically starts warming them up. You don’t have to switch anything on.

If you are wondering what TrulyInbox does in the background during warm up, here is a quick look.
Once your email account is connected, TrulyInbox adds it to the warm up network.
Your mailbox then starts to exchange emails with other warm up users in a natural and human way.
During warm up, TrulyInbox:
Sends outgoing warm up emails from your account
Receives warm up emails from other users
Opens and replies to these emails
Marks some messages as important
Keeps the activity smooth and consistent
All of this helps your sender reputation grow safely over time.
As your reputation improves, your emails start landing in the inbox more reliably.
Changing Your Warm Up SettingsOnce your accounts start warming up, you can fine-tune the warm up process anytime.
To do this, click the three-dot menu beside any connected email account and choose Edit warm up setting.
This opens a simple settings panel where you can adjust how your warm up behaves.
Here, you can set:
The number of emails to start with per day
How many emails should increase each day
