An alias account allows you to send and receive emails under different names from the same email inbox. It’s perfect for those who manage multiple roles or businesses but want to keep their communications under one roof. 🏠

Setting up your alias with TrulyInbox is super simple. Just log into your account, click on “Add Email Account” from the dashboard, and select your service provider.

🚨Important: Select your email provider and enable the "Use different username" toggle. This will let you specify an alias for sending emails.

In the username enter your main email address and in the email address enter your Alias email address along with SMTP/IMPA details.

Once you have entered all the necessary details test SMTP connections and at the last just hit the connect and save button.
