How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Trulyinbox Account

Are you looking to change your subscription plan on Trulyinbox? Whether you need more features or want to save some money, upgrading or downgrading your account is a simple process. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to upgrade or downgrade your Trulyinbox account.

Navigating to the Billing & Subscriptions Tab

To begin, you'll need to navigate to the Billing & Subscriptions tab. This can be found by logging into your Trulyinbox account. From there, select "Billing & Subscriptions" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Managing Your Billing

Once you're on the Billing & Subscriptions page, you'll see a button that says "Manage Billing." Click on this button to proceed with upgrading or downgrading your account.

Logging into Your Billing Portal

In order to make changes to your subscription plan, you'll need to log into your billing portal. You'll be prompted to enter your billing email in order to access the portal. Once you've entered your email, you'll receive a link in your inbox to log in.

Updating Your Plan

Once you're logged into your billing portal, you'll have access to update your plan. Simply click on the "Update Plan" button and you'll be able to choose your preferred plan. From there, you can upgrade or downgrade your account directly.

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you no longer wish to use Trulyinbox, you also have the option to cancel your subscription. This can be done through the billing portal as well. Simply click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
