Emails are shared as per users (your) time zone from morning 8 AM to 8 PM. Time zone will be considered what's been selected in your Profile. If you want to check what time zone your profile is in you can navigate to your Profile Settings and from dropdown you can get to know your timezone.

Email sending and receiving activity starts at 8 AM in the user's time zone.
