Reputation System (Previously Warm-up Status)
The Warm-up Status column has been updated to Reputation better to reflect your email account’s health and stability.
Reputation States
Protected → Previously “Running”
Your mailbox is healthy and the warm-up is running smoothly.
At Risk → Previously “Paused”
Your mailbox needs attention as some issues may impact performance.
Critical → Previously “Stopped” and “Suspended”
Your mailbox requires immediate action to protect your domain reputation.
Critical State Details
The Critical state now provides clearer and more actionable insights:
Stopped (Earlier)
You will now see clear error messages that help you understand and resolve the issue easily.
Suspended (Earlier)
You will see the message:
“Your email has been suspended from warm-up due to a high bounce rate. Please contact support to resolve this.”
What to Do If Status Is Critical
If your mailbox shows Critical:
Click on the Critical status to view the exact issue and recommended steps.
If the account is suspended, contact support.
Suspension and Unsuspension Policy
If your email account gets suspended, simply share your suspended email account(s) with our support team, and we will help unsuspend them for you.
Please note:
This unsuspension is allowed only once per email account.
If the same email account gets suspended again, it will not be unsuspended automatically.
In such cases, our team will need to review the issue and fix the root cause before reactivating the account.
