First of all, you don’t need to worry. This is done to protect your domain reputation and prevent your domain from getting damaged.
Your email sending can be temporarily stopped in the following cases:
1. Multiple soft bounces
If your email account receives 3 soft bounces, we automatically pause sending.
This helps prevent your domain reputation from dropping further.
2. Hard bounces (account suspension)
If there are hard bounces, your email account may get suspended to avoid serious damage to your domain.
For soft bounce issues:
Check your domain reputation here:

If your score is 0 or below, follow these steps:
Switch your warmup strategy to Flat Warmup
Set your sending limit to 5 emails per day
Keep warmup running for 1 to 2 weeks
Pause all other email sending during this time
For suspended accounts (hard bounces):
Verify that all your DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are properly configured and published
Share your email account ID with our support team
You can find this in the URL of your TrulyInbox account
