Checking whether your domain or sending IP is listed on any blacklist is an important step in maintaining good email deliverability. If a domain or IP appears on a blacklist, emails sent from that source may be blocked, rejected, or delivered to spam.
TrulyInbox provides a built in blacklist monitoring feature that allows you to quickly see whether your domain or connected email accounts are listed on any blacklist databases.
TrulyInbox automatically scans multiple blacklist databases and displays the results directly in your dashboard.
Log in to your TrulyInbox account and navigate to the main dashboard.
On the dashboard, TrulyInbox shows a number indicating how many blacklist platforms your domain or email account is listed on.
If the number is 0, your domain or email account is not currently blacklisted.
If the number is greater than 0, it means your domain or IP appears on one or more blacklist databases.
Click on the number displayed in the dashboard.
A pop up window will appear showing:
• the list of blacklist platforms where your domain or IP is listed
• the specific blacklist database names
From the pop up list, open the blacklist website where your domain or IP is listed.
Each blacklist provider has its own removal process. On the website, follow the instructions provided to request removal from the blacklist.
If your domain or IP is listed on Spamhaus

the listing can sometimes be temporary. In certain cases, the listing may automatically expire after some time once the issue causing the listing is resolved.
Regularly checking blacklist status helps you detect reputation issues early and take action before they affect your email deliverability.
Monitoring blacklists can help you:
• identify reputation issues affecting your domain or IP
• understand why emails may be landing in spam
• take action to request removal from specific blacklist databases
