When you connect email accounts to TrulyInbox, two distinct limits come into play to ensure optimal warmup without overwhelming email providers:
Per Account Limit: Every single email account you connect has the capacity to send up to 100 warmup emails per day. This individual cap helps each account build its reputation steadily.
Total Sending Limit (Based on Your Plan): Your TrulyInbox plan dictates the total number of warmup emails that can be sent across all your connected accounts in a single day. This is the overarching limit for your entire TrulyInbox ecosystem.
Our system intelligently distributes your sending volume to maximize your warmup efficiency while respecting your plan's total limits:
Gradual Increase: As each of your email accounts warms up, TrulyInbox will incrementally increase the number of emails it sends daily, naturally progressing towards its individual 100-email cap.
Prioritizing Newer Accounts: If your total daily sending limit is reached, TrulyInbox prioritizes the warmup of accounts added most recently. This means:
The first email account you added will be the first to have its sending volume reduced, and eventually paused, when your plan's total daily limit is met.
Subsequent accounts will continue sending until they either reach their individual 100-email limit or until the total plan limit is hit, at which point the next oldest account will be paused.
This logic ensures that your newest accounts get the attention they need to build a solid foundation, while your established accounts maintain their health without overstepping plan boundaries. By balancing these limits, TrulyInbox keeps your sending predictable and your reputation safe.
